Prices / Currency

We operate in Pounds Stirling (£).  We offer prices in Euros and US Dollars for comparative purposes.  The prices quoted are as accurate as we can make them but ultimately, the price paid will be determined by the exchange rate used by your chosen payment method.  There should not be a significant difference between these exchange rates but small differences are possible.  If you think a mistake has been made, please contact us.

All prices are inclusive of UK taxes.  We are not currently registered for tax so we are unable to provide goods exclusive of tax.  Nothing will be added during the checkout process.  Tax in the UK is charged at 15%.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.

If payment is received before 2pm, we will try to dispatch your order the same day.  If it is not possible to meet our aim, we will email and explain why.

Please note that if paying by cheque your order will be delayed by the banks clearing system.  We will email to confirm that funds have cleared and your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns for any reason providing they are returned in the original packaging in 'as new' condition and suitable for re-sale.  We expect returns to be sent within 7 days of receipt.

Please email before sending anything back to us so that we can arrange a swift refund on receipt.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without prior arrangement.

We always recommend that items are returned using a postal service that is signed for or trackable online.  You will be responsible for the cost of of all postage (both to you and back again), but we will refund the full purchase price of the item.

All items are fully inspected before dispatch.  However, should you receive an item that is faulty, we will refund the full purchase price including standard postage, or replace the item.

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us as soon as possible.  We may be able to accept photographic evidence of damage or fault in lieu of a return.

Payment

PayPal is now a well recognised method of online payment.  It allows you the option of using most currently available Credit and Debit cards.  It is no longer necessary to have a PayPal account to use their service.  However, if you don't have an account, you will be offered the opportunity to sign up during the Checkout process.

Post - We can accept payments by Cheque, Postal Order or Cash (although we do not recommend sending cash through the post).  Send us your order and payment including an email address and we will dispatch your order as soon as payment clears.
